Carmela Little – Brycon, Inc.
Carmela Little serves as Chief Financial Officer for Brycon. Over the past 13 years, she has worked as a controller in both the private and municipal sector of the construction industry. She has helped companies streamline accounting operations, introduced internal controls, and driven powerful financial initiatives. She has implemented enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to help information flow between all business functions, providing efficiencies and business resources. Carmela graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and was a voting member on the City of Albuquerque’s Investment Oversight Committee. She is an active member and serves on several boards and organizations throughout the community including the New Mexico Society of CPAs, the Association of Governmental Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Kyrah Coker – National Roofing Partners
Kyrah Coker is currently the CFO and President for National Roofing Partners headquartered in Coppell, TX. National Roofing Partners is a single source commercial roofing company that provides unparalleled service nationwide. She has more than 20 years of progressively responsible finance experience directing companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes. She has a proven track record of establishing cross functional partnerships with clients, partners and employees alike. Prior to transitioning into Construction Accounting in 2005, Kyrah spent almost a decade as Regional Finance Manager in a publicly held Telecom company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Kyrah holds a B.A. and M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. While attending the University of Texas at Dallas, she held active leadership/board roles in SPEAK (Students for Political Education and Knowledge) and Phi Theta Kappa Iota Honor Society. Kyrah is currently serving on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee for the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Board, Scholarship Committee with the Dallas Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) chapter, Specialty Trade Committee for Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) National, Vice Chair Finance with National Women in Roofing (NWiR) along with an active member of the Task Force for Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3). Kyrah’s recent accomplishments include 2021 Top 100 People in Finance and 2022 Construction Financial Professional of the Year.
Outside of work, Kyrah has an adult son who is pursuing a career in acting and a daughter in her Senior year of high school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Allan Kresta – Dynamic Systems, Inc.
Allan has served as the Corporate Controller since 2014 but initially joined Dynamic Systems, Inc. as the Assistant Controller in 1995. He began his career as an Auditor for a national public accounting firm, where he earned his CPA certification. Since joining DSI, Allan has focused on improving accounting processes, strengthening controls, and working with the CIO to implement a new company ERP.
